本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、カタラボ（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「SpiceTalk」（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application "SpiceTalk" ("Service") provided by cata-labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. 適用 / Application

本規約は、本サービスの提供条件およびユーザーと当社との間の権利義務関係を定めるものであり、本サービスの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。

These Terms set forth the conditions for the provision of the Service and the rights and obligations between you and us, and apply to all matters concerning the use of the Service.

2. サービス内容 / Service Description

本サービスは、インド英語（Indian English）の聞き取りを学ぶための学習アプリケーションです。アプリに内蔵された教材と音声により、リスニング練習、クイズ、学習記録、コレクションなどの機能を提供します。

The Service is a learning application for understanding spoken Indian English. Using lessons and audio bundled in the app, it provides listening exercises, quizzes, progress tracking, collectibles, and related features.

3. 学習データ / Learning Data

• 本サービスはアカウント登録を必要としません。学習の進捗、XP、ジェム、コレクションなどの学習データはユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
• アプリの削除、端末の変更・初期化などにより学習データが失われた場合、当社はこれを復元することはできません。
• ジェム、XP、コレクションカードなどは本サービス内でのみ利用できる仮想的なものであり、金銭的価値を持たず、換金・譲渡はできません。
• 有料プランの購入は、ストアのアカウントを通じて「購入を復元」することができます。
• The Service does not require an account. Learning data such as progress, XP, gems, and collectibles is stored only on your device.
• We cannot restore learning data lost by deleting the app, changing or resetting your device, or similar events.
• Gems, XP, collectible cards, and similar items exist only within the Service, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
