本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、カタラボ（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「SpiceTalk」（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application "SpiceTalk" ("Service") provided by cata-labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. 適用 / Application

本規約は、本サービスの提供条件およびユーザーと当社との間の権利義務関係を定めるものであり、本サービスの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。

These Terms set forth the conditions for the provision of the Service and the rights and obligations between you and us, and apply to all matters concerning the use of the Service.

2. サービス内容 / Service Description

本サービスは、インド英語（Indian English）の習得を目的とした、AI を活用した学習支援アプリケーションです。本サービスは、ユーザーの音声・テキスト入力に基づき、レッスン、評価、およびフィードバックを提供します。

The Service is an AI-powered learning application for acquiring Indian English. It provides lessons, evaluations, and feedback based on the User's voice and text input.

3. アカウント / Account

• ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、Firebase Authentication を通じてアカウントを作成する必要があります。
• ユーザーは、自己のアカウントの管理および機密保持について責任を負います。
• アカウントを通じて行われた一切の行為は、当該アカウントの保持者の行為とみなされます。
• To use the Service, you must create an account via Firebase Authentication.
• You are responsible for the management and confidentiality of your account.
• Any actions performed through an account will be deemed to be actions of the account holder.
