1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading or using the Reroot application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What Reroot is

Reroot provides general fitness and educational content designed around postpartum recovery: guided exercise sessions, a phased program, articles and progress tracking.

3. Not medical advice

The App provides general fitness and educational information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it has not been reviewed or supervised by a doctor, physical therapist or any other healthcare professional. Its content is based on publicly available postpartum recovery guidelines and research.

• Always follow the guidance of your own healthcare provider, and consult them before starting or resuming exercise after birth.
• Stop exercising and seek medical care if you notice warning signs (the App lists common ones, such as increased bleeding, fever, worsening pain, or wound problems).
• In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

You use the App at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

4. Eligibility

The App is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Reroot is a paid membership. Available plans (e.g. yearly / monthly / weekly) and prices are shown in the App; prices are set and charged through your app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime in your app store's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store's policies.
• Use "Restore purchase" in the App to re-activate a subscription on a new device with the same store account.
