1. The short version

Reroot is designed to keep your data on your device. We do not operate our own servers, we do not require an account, we show no ads, and we do not sell your data. The only data that leaves your device is the minimum needed to process your subscription purchase.

2. Data stored only on your device

The following information is saved locally on your device and is never uploaded to us (we have no server to receive it):

• Your setup answers: delivery date, delivery method, symptoms, medical clearance status, activity level, available time, goals
• Daily check-ins (leaks, pain, energy)
• Session history and program progress
• App settings (language, theme, reminder time)

This includes health-related information. Because it stays on your device, we cannot access, read or recover it. Deleting the App permanently deletes this data. Device backups you configure yourself (e.g. iCloud backup) may include it under your own device settings.

3. Subscription data

Payment is processed by your app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). We never see your payment details.

To validate your subscription, the App uses RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated anonymous app user ID, your purchase receipt, and basic device information (such as device model, OS version and app version) on our behalf. This data is used solely to check whether your subscription is active and to restore purchases. See RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

RevenueCat may process this data on servers located outside your country (including the United States).

4. What we do NOT do

• No account registration, no email collection inside the App
• No advertising or ad SDKs
• No analytics or behavioral tracking SDKs
• No tracking across other companies' apps or websites
