第1条（はじめに）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、Makeup Partner（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の提供条件および本アプリの利用に関する当社（本アプリの提供者、以下「当社」といいます）とユーザーとの間の権利義務関係を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約を必ずお読みください。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用した時点で、ユーザーは本規約のすべての条項に同意したものとみなされます。

Article 1 (Introduction)

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for the provision of Makeup Partner (the "App") and the rights and obligations between the provider of the App (the "Company," "we," "us") and users in relation to the use of the App. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

第2条（サービス内容）

本アプリは、AIを活用したメイクアップ支援サービスを提供します。主な機能は以下のとおりです。

1. パーソナルカラー診断：ユーザーの写真および質問への回答をもとに、AIがパーソナルカラー（4タイプ／16タイプ）を分析します。
2. AIメイクパートナーとのチャット：メイクに関する相談に、テキストおよび画像を用いてAIが回答します。
3. メイクシミュレーション・プランの作成：ユーザーの写真となりたいイメージをもとに、AIがメイク手順や仕上がりイメージを生成します。
4. 履歴の保存：チャットや診断の履歴を端末内に保存します。

当社は、不正利用・過剰利用の防止、システムの安定運用および費用管理のため、メイク画像生成等の一部機能について、一定期間あたりの利用回数に上限を設けることがあります。これらの上限は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく変更されることがあります。

当社は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの機能の全部または一部を変更、追加、または終了することができます。

Article 2 (Service Description)

The App provides AI-powered makeup assistance services. The main features are as follows:

1. Personal Color Diagnosis: Based on the user's photos and answers to questions, the AI analyzes the user's personal color (4-type / 16-type classification).
2. Chat with the AI Makeup Partner: The AI responds to makeup-related questions using text and images.
3. Makeup Simulation and Plan Generation: Based on the user's photos and desired look, the AI generates makeup steps and a simulated finished image.
